Visit the property once a month to ensure all is well and to open windows to allow property to air. |
In emergencies MHM will be authorised to rectify problems at an economic rate. Any non-urgent faults will be reported by email to the owners for instruction. A working float of £150 per year will need to be lodged with MHM. It will be used to make payments and MHM will keep accounts in each apartment detailing expenditure and balances. It will be the owners responsibility to ensure MHM has enough cash to cover bills. |

Starter pack placed in fridge for guests. MHM to contact guests ASAP after arrival to give advice on shops, restaurants, buses and other services.
MHM will also give guests their telephone number as an emergency contact during their stay. |
The starter pack will contain bread, milk, water, orange juice, butter & 6 eggs and the fee is to be paid directly to MHM by the guests at the beginning of their stay. |
