We have known Mehmet Kavak for a number of years and he quickly became a very good friend of ours. Mehmet is a really friendly and trustworthy person who can't do enough to help his clients. His business is extremely important to him and he is very professional and dedicated. We have a villa in Gocek, near Dalaman, and he has been helping us with villa rentals for a few years now. He will arrange cleaning and laundry, paying of bills, problems with any equipment at the villa, and he often arranges airport transfers and car hire. He will happily visit guests to welcome them and will speedily sort out any problems as and when they arise. We really value Mehmet's help with our rental business and also as a great friend.

We are well pleased with the services provided by Mehmet Kavak and his company 'My Home Management' (MHM) and certainly wouldn't want anybody else to care for our garden, pool etc.

'Mehmet has looked after our apartment for us since we bought it in 2008. He has hosted our guests, arranged our cleaning, paid our bills, provided us with car hire and helped us with many small tasks such as finding a carpenter. We could not have asked for more from Mehmet, he is very friendly, helpful, efficient, and courteous with a good sense of humour. He looks after our guests very well, meeting and showing them the apartment, arranging excursions and helping them with his local knowledge. I have a villa in Gocek, which is run by ‘My Home Management’ under the caring supervision of Mehmet Kavak. Mehmet has been caring for my villa for year and a half, and he looks after me and my guests over and above the care of duty. I can thoroughly recommend him.

I first met Mehmet through the internet in 2006. I was looking for someone new to look after my apartment in Dalaman and MY HOME MANAGEMENT appeared in the search.
It transpired that my apartment was virtually across the main road from Mehmet's house.on our next trip we met and my wife and I agreed that he was such a nice person and seemed only too pleased to help and above everything else very trustworthy. He provided credentials to us which we never did follow up.
However in the last 4 years he has proved himself to be extremely passionate about his Management Business and on numerous times has always been on hand to sort out our problems. In our opinion you could not wish to meet a nicer, friendlier and more honest person. We have recommended him to other friends who always seem to use him for their own management needs. In a nutshell Mehmet is a "Top Guy" and we wish him well with all our hearts.
